"Decent quality video" Few cars racing and burn out contest at Rockville..

The video has some racing after the Chic meets on friday nights off 28 and then it also has the burn outs we saw in rockville all in 1 night last summer.
I made the video from a 23mb to a 3 mb video so the quality is not the greatest but still its something to watch.
