Exedy clutch
Need peoples opinion....How good are Exedy clutches, does anybody have one? Are they reliable or just gonna get fried in 3 months?

the general concensus around the dsm camp is that they suck.
so if you're making 200+ hp I'd say stay away.

We just installed a Exedy clutch into Tikis Nissan 240, and he seems to be enjoying it. PM him on it and he'll give you more infomation.

Just make sure you dont put a Centerforce dual friction in your car. I had one in my car and it lasted about 6 months.

Maybe the OEM replacement Exedy clutches suck. Some JDM tuner shops use their clutches so they can't be all that bad.
But if you're not getting OEM replacement it's gonna cost bank in which case I'd rather get something else like OS Giken.
