Need info on RC Shops in Area.
Just picked up lots of rc stuff off a friend. Well i need some stuff assembled, and was wondering who in the Newport News Hampton Yorktown etc. area assembles them(shop) and what kind of prices am i looking at?? It is gas RC stuff... i got a HPI truck and a Sepent car. just need em finshed so i can ebay em.
if you just need them assembled i dont think shops will do it. the best place to go to in your area would be stream hobby shop.757-591-0720. if possible try to talk to chad. hes the short bald jolly guy. more than likely he will assemble it. there the best shop ive been to. not verymuch stuff but A+ on customer service.

hpi's are really simple. Im sure serpents are too, but ive never owned one. Hpi's website http://www.hpiracing.com/index2.htm has detailed instructions. If you dont decide to build them, take them to debbs r/c down in va beach. Those guys really know what they're doing

If you need them assembled, and don't mind shipping them, I'll be glad to do it. I was a Team Serpent sponsored driver for 2½ years. I know them inside and out. HPI's are pretty simple as well. I have wrenched on many of them myself. I have owned most every car out there at one time or another.
sure deb's is great. if you want it done half ass, take a long time, and want to pay alot for half ass work. they are no longer located in Va beach. there out in chesapeake now. like i said contact stream hobbyshop. or try to do it yourself. there easy. ive been racing for 6 years now and was sponsered by world class batteries for 2 years. been racing nitro for 5 years. if you need help let me know.
