mark yo calendar. BRR-SCCA's first '03 season event.

it's gonna be at salem civic center. if you are wanna go, let me know so i can put you in the list i am piling up.

newbies are welcomed, think-you-can-drive drivers are welcomed too. more the the better. mo' peepz for me to beat! hahah j/p.

it's a lot of fun. u know you aint got shit to do dat wknd so just come out yo!

it's gonna be 20beans for you non-scca members, 15 for scca members.

we plan on caravaning down early dat morning. keep in mind, auto-x event is an all day event. it's a great way to have fun, meet new peepz and learn how to drive better.

i've added you to the list.

auto-x = solo II

based on your profile... you will be in STS(like most others) but the class really doesnt matter when you are a "newbie" aka NOVICE. so you will be STS-N

i guarantee you will have a good time.

this will get you started. browse around and request the info-packet. i think it's better to print off the form and mail it in yoself though... cuz they are madd slow like my car. i think there is a section where you can indicate you want the "speed freakz"... which is a SCCA membership for under 25yrs of age(the benefit being... cheaper membership)

when you get it, just fill it out/sign, etc. and send it in with your payment.. i think it was 30bucks. there is a part where you have to fill out which region you will be participating.... just put BRR(blue ridge region).

then, you get your "license" and a subcription to SCCA's "SportsCar" which is a monthly mag.
