Where are some good tattoo shops in the NoVA area? the 1 i want isn't too big or intricate, its 3.5 x 3.5. what have you gotten done at the shops and how do they charge, by the hr. or the job?

I go to good times in Manassas. Dude named Alex did my work, pretty fucking good and pretty fast. Got a oval shaped ring with my initials stretched inside of it, probably 5" by 3". They charge by the job, and almost always accept walk ins.

just don't go to insane ink in leesburg, they did a horrible job on the tat on my left shoulder, i decided not to go back to get the sleeve finished

Yea i've heard GREAT things about Jinx Proof and also good stuff about Rick's. as of now im leaning toward Jinx Proof although they are a lil more expensive but i'll pay more for a quality job since i'll be stuck w/ it.
