Default Wheel places

Hey, I'm looking for some fair priced 15" wheels for my jimmy. I have 500$ max to spend. Anyone know any good and inexpensive places around the newport news/hampton area?

I have a friend that has some centerlines on his van. I think the tires are pretty new too. He wanted around 200 for them since the motor blew and he got a new van. Ill ask him tomorrow if he still has them. They look like some type of double/slanted blade.
