Default Hood Pins

Does anyone know of any stores in the area that I can get hood pins from? I don't feel like waiting for them to get here via mail.

If there are no places around here, where's a place to get them online?

pepboys has some "dope" apc lockdown ones

I needed a few screws to keep my normal non locking ones down, so I bought the $20 black apc ones.. had NO fucking clue how they're supposed to work, so I just used the screws from them on my old ones.

There aren't too many choices

my NON apc hoodpins were about half the quality of the APC ones I bought.

And they're the locking type, I bought black, so you wouldnt have really been able to see them..

If you want the huge posts that stick out and you just stick the pin through though, your call.

if you are using them as supplimental restraint only.....i'd recommend Moroso Q/D's.....small, don't look like they belong on a old muscle car....and they work. I use them as secondary restraints on my CF hood...have held fine up to 155 mph so far..

Chances are you probably really don't need hood pins.

Yeah I saw those on Summit's site. Do you have any pictures of what they look like on your car? I couldn't picture what they actually look like installed.
