Loose connector, loose ground, I wouldn't suspect a pinched wire or anything unless you've had the cluster out. The lights and gauge power are have seperate circuits inside the cluster, so something like a loose power or ground could affect one and not the other. Grab a manual, pop the cluster out, and check that you have power and ground continuity where you should on the incoming harness.. Happy hunting..

thinks guys for the info the problem ened up being the back up light fuse was burnt out so i replace that and now the cluster works
