There's a Mustang AWD dyno at Curry's in Chantilly, an AWD Dynojet at Mach V Motorsports in Sterling, VA, and another AWD Dynojet at AR Fabrication in Winchester, VA. Those are the three I know of in NoVA. Most will charge ~$100 for a few pulls, or by the hour.
