what shop , am getting mad that i cant get my boost up, this turbo will make over 40psi

i tried every thing today , unhook every pipe and put it back on bov holding boost , changed boost controllers, i dont know if it can be my wastegate , i cant tell into i put it back on a dyno to make sure its opening and closing right

soon soon ill make my 500-550whp
