hampton people lookout
i was driving down powerplant today and i saw a cop pull over a car. The cop car was a blue early 90s chevy cavalier. So keep a look out for it.

It's for the honest people who pull over when they see blue lights.. Because it sure isn't catching anyone.. =)

PWRVTEC got pulled by a cavalier over a year ago on Hampton Roads Center PKWY.
