That would be South Africa. It's between 5k and 10k fine if you use the exchange rate, however since the average sallary here is about the same as the avg. sallary there in rand (R infront of 45k instead of $...) it can just as well be viewed as $45k. I didn't pay the fine :P But good laywers don't come cheap...

that was bs. he got a ticket, but the bike he was on ain't going 205. he was on a rvt rc51 and a fully modded race bike just broke like 201. it's a v-twin!
