you can increase the psi at which it flows by sacrificing the volume it will flow. You can make it run richer and stay safe to a point but you may also need a higher flowing fuel pump depending on your setup. That way you wont have to increase fuel pressure as high and stress your current pump. If you are stock with bolt ons then a fpr will solve your problem.
Then turn the boost down if you think you are leaning out up top and get a adj. fpr. Also what kind of Fuel managment are you using. If all you have is a fuel pump then you will need a rising rate FMU. It increases fuel pressure as the boost increases via manifold pressure.
Sounds like you're going full rich and not lean, are you hearing any detonation or pre-ignition? Are you seeing a huge cloud of black smoke behind you when you do this?
