Anyone looking for a room to rent?
Seeing if anyone here is looking to rent a room from me when i get the house i am going to rent. it is a VERY NICE 4 bedroom house, 2 1/2 bath, attached garage, kitchen/ dining room. deck in the back, nice yard, nice area neighbors are cool with loud cars. and people working on them, its off denbigh blvd in newport news by colony pines.....
price is $425 a month plus 1/2 utilities. it comes out cheaper than renting an apt like i am now and im on my own. PM me if interested.
