electrical problems

i have a 4 door civic and it has a shit load of eletrical malfunctions. like a window is stuck half way my power locks arnt powerd exc. where can i go in the beach area that could fix this problem and how much u think it would be.

Have you checked fuses and all that mess?

And there's a million shops in Va Beach, just drive around untill you see a place that specializes in electrical.
