where to get cvjoint and brakes replaced?

i got the cvjoints both done at big als on independence b/c they had a special on then 140$ each. sk8termike did them. and i did the brakes myself.

not a bad deal considering it's all warrantied for 2 years if he ever has a problem.

go to any other shops around here and see what they would charge you. i can gaurantee way higher then that. you dont know how much business we get from other shops who have rediculous prices, ie: midas, exxon, mienake (however the fuck you spell it)... Joey sounds happy to me with the deal, and sometimes a little more to get it done professionally is worth it.

eh.. Professional install IMO = an engine/racecar building doing the work, not some 18yo kid who just graduated from being an oil changer at jiffy lube to working on axles.. but to each his own
