Default window buffing?

see, there are like lil dots on my front windsheild. like sand or tiny rocks chipped it away. you cant really notice until the suns really hits it and it creates a glare. i heard you can buff it out? any solutions? is there any place that repairs stuff liek that? or like solution you can buy at pepboys or walmart? or am i just going to have to get a new front windshield?

get a high speed buffer and some rubbing compound and some polish, its not gonna take the divits or pits out , but itll make the damn thing so shiny you wont be able to see them.....and it beads the rain off when you wax it, but you need to use a strong high speed buffer, not those junk ass orbital buffers you get at walmart.....
