Default Prelude Short Shifter

What shifter or adapter is recommended to get the best results for a 1998 Honda Prelude?

^ Wow, that thing looks nice! I wish it had been available when I had my Prelude. I ended up going the ghetto route by just threading the whole shifter, then cutting 1.5" off the top.
