So, I found a "dealer" tag tonight...

So, I found a "dealer" tag tonight...
I was walking along Braddock road tonight, and spotted a license plate in the gutter.... Picked it up, low and behold, it's a DEALER tag..... Complete with the paperwork of the dealer still on the back..... What should I do with it?
