Default Looking for a Roomate(s)
I have 1 rooms for rent in my house. Furnished 3 Bedroom/2 bathroom/2 garage/2 driveway located in a nice area in Deep Creek. Bedroom is not furnished.

Room $300 a month

You pay 1/3 utilities
(electric, Oil, HSI, Cable, Water)

Anyone interested please feel free to ask any questions.

Ive only had the house for 6 months so I dont know a year round average. But, i'd have to say about 150 a month.

I've been thinking about it.......can I come check it out ? see how far of a drive it would be and shit like that....I might just take you up on this
