I mean he is giving me a chance to dismiss the ticket he just came off the wrong way when he pulled me over.. Very Cocky but lets face it all most are.

 

There is no "quota" persay. But i was told by a VB cop one time that when you have 2 or 3 officers in a group writing X amount of tickets a month...and then the other officers in the group feel pressure.

But they usually dont mess with you about your exhaust unless you somewhat get on it. But who cars. It's just an exhaust ticket. Its no points. You have to pay to play. Just go in there and tell em you changed it. My exhaust at the time looked basically stock when i got my ticket. So i took a picture and told the judge that i changed it and am leaving it that way.

Also kissing ass with the cop and talking to him about the ticket helps. The cop said "he was very cooperative" to the judge after i told him what i did and he just dropped it. After asking me if i was gonna leave the car that way.

But dont sweat it. Its an exhaust ticket. Calm down

 

well i not sweatng it i am just going to talk to the cop and show him the pics i got done already i went to mizer and threw on th stock one man it looks so ugly but hell just to get the shit dismissed i guess..

 

that's why I have an aftermarket exhaust that isn't loud

vabch are just dicks in general...i got pulled for an illegal exhaust ticket and i told the officer i had a silencer for it in the car with me and we can forgo the ticket and ill put the silencer in....but he told me he was pulling everyone over that night....hell he got my brother earlier that night....i know we have to pay to play but if i( an out of state resident,im a resident of indiana)am spending my hard earned money on the city of va bch how bout they take the money they make off us "street racers" and put it into a place where we can get together and not be out causing trouble and not trying to turn the oceanfront into disneyfuckingworld...i heard on the radio that one city member was suggesting they start power washing the sidewalks when its closing time for the bars and clubs to get people off the streets.....the council members in va bch are a bunch of nazi assholes who were something before electricity was invented
