Dustin, yeah you can give Brian a call in MD about it, but honestly Moser should call tag all of it. That's standard practice, I don't know why they're giving you the run around?

Well, just tell them the shop you bought it from is now closed. They can call the MD store to confirm if necessary. We ordered it correctly, Moser just fubared the welding on the housing, hence, they need to send a call tag to pick it up and reship at no expense. In a "defective" product situation it is always on the manufacturer to make it right. Make sure and tell them that. They messed up making it, they need to fix it, you know? Good Luck, just be firm with them.
