Exclamation HELP!!!

yes i know wrong thread but nobody looks at tech talk.anyone who has done inner and outer tie rods on a s14 240sx i need your assistance.how and what do you use to get the damn inner rod off of the fucking steering rack?i loked online but came up with nothing with instructions.that side is shaped like a square at the end and i know the rod threads in but is there some special way to do it?any help instruction wise or iof you want to come help with the cotastrophe(sp) that is sitting in my driveway it would be much appreciated.thank you

Not sure about the 240sx but Adv auto rents a kit that gets 90% of them off. I just used it for my GP tie rod, had to improvise a little but it worked.

there's a little lock tab on the tie rod, you're going to have to remove that before you can take out the tie rod.

go get a new one from the dealership or something, because you're pretty much going to have to destroy the old one to get it off.

once that's off, you can unscrew the rod.

yup got it thanks soul i didnt have to worry about replacing the clip the teins come with the spacers
