Ok, here's some answers:
I can't get rid of it because I owe way more than it is worth.
All the fluid leaked out somewhere...I havent' dug deep enough to find out why yet.
I didn't want to continue forward and risk running into something or over someone...figured to stop it as quickly as possible.
