Get 1" out of the Torsion bars, get 1" from the spacer, get 1.5-2" from the BL.

Or stop being a fucking pussy and solid axle swap the bitch.
As a side note, I threw away a good W56 (30k miles on it), tcase, 87 rear end, spare rear leaf springs, and a buncha other junk over the weekend. I lost my place that I had them stored, and I couldn't find anyone to pick em up over the weekend. It's a shame I was hoping to dual case my 88 4runner, just didn't have the time. Hopefully this summer I will have time to solid axle it, get the 63" chevies I've had sitting outside forever under the back, and put an aussie in the rear.

you will need to go at least 6 inches to do a 35x12.50 and that will still rub the fender wheels. you can do a 3" body which is fine, but even with a 33x12.50 you will rub. good luck

3in won't clear 35's or 33's for that matter. I have around 10 inches on mine and I can still make my 36 13.50's rub. Also tacomas don't have torsion bars!

Bah, who needs a silly tacoma anyways. If anyone wants a pretty nice 82 (or 83, I forget) long bed, lemme know. A friend is trying to get rid of his. I don't have the coin to pick it up to make it a real trail rig, sadly.

Show me a taco with torsion bars... or, learn not to make a fool out of yourself. You just mentioned cranking the torsion bars, and doing a coil spacer in the same sentence. Im assuming he also needs to get some 4" leaf springs for his IFS?
