I could do it myself...done it in the past i just wont have time to...i have 6 weeks to get this house in shape....I allready have my game plan......kitchen is getting a full redo and the bathroom.....living room is going to have a new tile floor were the old one crumbled....but if i can get the siding...and have some one else do it for a nomial fee..that be great..


Anyone want to do the siding...were talking a 989sqt house.....with only the upper 1/2 story getting siding..the rest is getting painted as it's concreate...

Yes/No.....i dont get my first time home buyers loan till july so the aggrement was that my parents would get an intrest only loan till july..i would make all the payments than i would buy the house from them.........

The house is currently up for bid...it ended and iam 2nd in line....i allready know the people before me are fucked because it wont pass any other loan inspection other than conventinal...Eletrical and other problems will force it to fail......But these problems would cost less than 5k for me to correct and totaly remodel the house...

and it has 2 acres of land beside it so i can build my own house later...and still have this one.....
