Charge $10 per car then anything leftover have a 50/50 raffle going to winner and DragVA server upgrade fund. Might weed out troublemakers who probably won't want to spend $10 and it's still cheap enough for everyone to afford.
i think thats the problem, the first meet is trying to be a free meet, cause ill tell you what, if i gotta pay $10 to drive two hours away for a meet, count me out and i guarantee that will be a lot of other ppl as well
Parking lot is large enough for 4 baseball fields, and 4 soccer fields to all host games simultaneously with spots left over. We'd probably want to reserve at least two shelters, so you'd be looking at closer to $210.
I'll be willing to throw a sizeable chunk into it to make sure it's a free event.
