But why go threw all the hassle of piping and mounting in the cab and threw the fire wall when you can just stick that baby right in the engine bay and practicly eliminate excess charge pipe?

One situation were A/W is more effecient is if the car is sitting still and when there are fans mounted on the IC and the Liquid is circulating by the use of a pump!

Disclaimer - Im bored and cant sleep after I showered.

Why in the world would you mount fans on the IC and not on the heat exchanger?

If u were to go for an economical approach to AW systems, could one use a secondary waterpump off of a VW would it sufficiently circulate the water or would it not pump enough?

Oops, that's what I meant.....you know in my case it would be near impossible to mount them on my IC. They are mounted on my HE 660 CFM total.

Is that VW waterpump electic? You really don't need much flow, just enough to do what you need. If you have too much flow, you end up circulating the water through the cores before it has had the chance to effectively remove or give off heat (depending on what core it's in). It's the same for the charge cooler and the radiator in this system, if they flow too much water, they won't be very efficient.

Yes its electric, and it has 1 speed i believe and that is on or off.. due to it only being 2 pins.. but then again i could be wrong..

That sounds like it could work, without knowing the flow rate it's hard to say, but if it can be adapted to work with not overly huge water lines it would probably be OK. There's really no use to have huge lines going to the pump, core, and radiator because you don't need that kind of flow. If it's meant for engine cooling, it might be a on the high flow side for what you'd want..?
I've never seen one before, so I have no clue what you're talking about. Any pics or idea of how much they cost?

I hope "your cost" is 14 x's its orginal price, or else you got your fucking asshole plugged by a elephant dick with out loob. 140 bucks your run of the mill bilge pump is redic. They are 10 bucks at any local marina, cheaper if you find the ones that has been on the shelf for long. Plus they dont have that queer connector that you are going to have to figure out how to get wires too.

And that is a prime example of why everyone thinks a/w setups are so costly. 140 bucks for a fucking water pump, my fuel pump wasnt even that much.
