Starter issues
I have a 98 neon, Iv replaced the starter twice in the last week, once with a junk yard starter then yesterday with a brand new starter. It works, I drive around and go to a friends, I get in my car and it wont start. I atempt at hitting the starter and I get nothing. Push start it and drive it home. WTF is the problem here? Everything connected, and it worked for not even 12 hours. Anyone know?

Re: Starter issues
Check the battery
A fully charged battery is 12.6volts. Then if it is charged get a tester and load the battery at half it's CCA for 15 sec. For todays temp it should not drop below 9.4volts.
70F and up = 9.6V
50F = 9.4V
30F = 9.1V
Anything below that with a full state of charge is a bad battery.
