is it possible and is it smart to do or dumb?

It's possible, lots of hard work and in my opinion...dumb. Just get a head that matches the block. A complete h22 swap is less than $3K.

i know someone that told me that they were gonna do a h22 head on h23 bottom end swap with a turbo......how much would that cost
