Military Hwy. I didn't notice him until Springfield a Military (right around Super K) then I saw him pull into Mizer Muffler on the corner of Military and Azalea Garden. The car seriously looked bone stock even had the little gay stock faded graphics. I just noticed a exhaust tip, it was louder than stock (not way louder) and the tags.

Don't blame someone else for your ticket. If you had a quiet exhaust then you wouldn't have gotten a ticket anyway. I understand that their stupid actions drew attention to you but remember, shit happens.
