Ok, im installing a T3 turbo with the HF manifold, turbo XS B.O.V., Blox F.M.U., 390cc injectors, 255lph pump, a side mount from an eclipse,S-AFC, and running a p28 on my 2000 HX. Does 5 psi for daily driving and 8 psi for the track sound safe? Any information or advice will be greatly apriciated!

 

why are you running an FMU with an AFC-hack setup?

BAGOHO ran for a while on 10 PSI daily with a D16 or whatever the hell engine that is with a solid tune. Peppy little car and he had hardly any problems with it.

 

5psi will not satisfy you. 8psi is safe daily, and turn it up to 10 at the track.

Add ARP head studs to that list aswell...

 

5psi lasted about a day for me. You'd be safe at 8-9psi daily.

 

I am stuck at 5psi until my head studs come in the mail. I ran 10psi for about a month until the head started to lift slightly...

I can tell you, there is a HUGE difference between 5psi, and 10psi...
