Blue ridge arsenal, Call them up there may be pre requisits. Im not sure becuase i had volentarily taken saftey classes before that.

i think you got to take 40hrs, not sure if it has changed, unless you've taken prior saftey courses

 

I don't see that they list any classes for the concealed permit but we'll call them...

12hrs? Hmmm...when I got mine in Texas it was about 8hrs...4hrs each day...first day was instructional and second day was range shooting and exam...I guess it's different here in Virginia.
