This is kind of hard. You have to find a shop with a dyno and that does trannys. Most people that talk about it is just from word of mouth. Its really hard to find someone to do it, and super hard from them to get you a hook up. People can get 10k fines and jail time for doing something illegal like that.

When i was in court, some chick was charged with wreckless driving, 55 in a 35... She got her speedometer "calibrated", and it just happened to be 19 MPH off. Bullcrap. Got the charges dropped.

 

there is only 1 place to get it calibrated in nova, I will find the info for you, you didn't need to get a con't unless you have a bad record. I got 85 in a 50 and got it reduced to speeding that is with a lawyer, which I hope you got 1
