seafoam works wonders. give that a shot (its like $3 at an autopart store)

Seafoam will clean your cylinders of any gunk that could be causing your misfire, if that is indeed causing your problem. Wouldn't hurt either, especially for worked SR20 motors. Like you said though, check your timing. Are you using the stock ECU or a custom map?
