its far but i go to global martial arts academy in chesapeake and they have a great MMA system. they start you off learning a hybrid of different fighting arts but mostly muay thai techniques and after a while the combat submission wrestling class is available. one of the guys in the advanced class is a North American Grappling Association Champion. and another guy has a virginia state title in his weight class for muay thai.

really? no.. that's not far.. that's like 4 1/2 hours. lets say you go 2 times a week, that's not too far at all..

Do you know if there classes are 1 times a week or more?

The Maui Thai is 3 days a week (Mon and Wed. 6-6:55 Friday 6:30-7:25) the BJJ is only 2 days a week (Tues. and Thurs. 6:30-7:25) It's only an hour long but people stay after all the time to help you get something down if you haven't learned it very well according to my buddy, I will be going Wed next week to check it out.
