People travel from all over and wait years to get tattooed by him. Where as the guy you know is recommended by " Everbody that chills at Exxon."

I think that he just opened up a shop in glouster(sp). Anyway his work is amazing he might scare you a little with the way that he looks though. He looks pretty nuts. He was in Jail in VB with one of my boys for driving. If you can find him that would be who I would recomend that guy knows his shit
