We're planning on having that cookout this upcoming weekend of the 24th with a rain date of the 25th.

The cookout is from 4pm - till and will be held at Newport News Park. We'll have signs up to help you find which pavilion we will be in.

Here's the details, YOU BRING A SIDE DISH. And we'll provide the Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Buns. ALSO NOTE: THIS IS A BYOB, but no achololic beverages. If you don't want to bring a side dish, you can contribute $4 to the food pot Also we'll probably play a round of volleyball or something, so come out and have a good time.

Event is back on, but not at NN state park. All 3 of the Admins can't get there in time to setup.

Thanks to Rosco-The-IROC we are still going to have the cook-out but it will be in Va Beach. He lives behind Jenro's so we'll be meeting there at the usual 4pm.

Sorry for those of you on the other side of the water. Eventually we'll get big enough to do things on both sides of the water.

Be cool if we had someone on that side who'd want to represent and get a group together on the other side of the HRBT.

We just haven't done much on that side becuase not enough members from there or they aren't speaking up.

Well lemme see what I can do. There's a fair amount of F-Bodies on Ft Eustis where I'm stationed, including an STS turbo 35TH Anniversary SS, and plenty more running around the penninsula. I'll see if I can get them up on the site and maybe get a meet or two together befor I deploy in AUG.

 

Interesting, I was not aware that there was a turbo 35th SS running around here. I'd like to meet this guy, since I have a 35th SS, just not turboed!
