yes he can, but he prolly would need an on duty cop to come to actually write the ticket or take you to jail

right now is not the best time at all to speed in va no matter where you live they got undercover cars out the ass up and down all the interstates. This past weekend ive seen suburbans, tahoes, mustangs, a red magnum with 24s and a cpl pickup trucks. right now i suggest nobody exceed speeds over 80 for the next cpl of days. I got a few customers at my job that are cops and gave me information on everything.

 

During the really hard rains that we had a couple weeks back, I was out on 66 when an unmarked Explorer and Mustang sped past me with their lights on and sirens blaring to assist with a major accident ahead. Needless to say it scared the poopoo out of me.

 

The Mustang cops will provoke you. I was driving home from Charleston, SC on I-95. I saw a Mustang cop rev next to another stang, who took off. The cop then pulled behind and eventually ticketed him. As much as we love to embarass the Stang family, I guess we can't anymore.

 

I seen that mustang like a week ago, me and my friend were drivin on the oposite side of the highway. It's really insane i seen 06 Impala's LT, 05 Hemi Chargers, Mustangs, SUV, Old pick ups, An old beat up dodge caravan. It's really insane now.

 

Another reason why FCPD is worthless. Instead of pursuing real crimes and dangerous criminals, they spend much of their time pursuing traffic violations.

ummm if you were a cop what would you rather do? risk your life on real crimes, or spend your time chilling on the side of the road and pulling over speeders....

 

id pull over reckless bikers that do wheelies in intersections.
