what up what is the big deal with GSR's and why are they so much better than everything else.. besides a turboed engine whats better than it???

ok, basically you have:
b16 - small 1.6L but has vtec. makes 160-170bhp
B18a or b18b (LS) - 1.8L but has no vtec. makes 140bhp and a decent amount of torque
b18c1 (GSR) - 1.8L and has vtec. makes 170-180bhp and decent torque
b18c5 (Integra Type R) - 1.8L and has vtec. makes 190-200bhp and good torque (more agressive cams, better flowing air system, higher compression than all other honda motors)
b16b (Civic Type R) - 1.6L and has vtec. makes 185bhp and less torque than a gsr
LS-vtec - 1.8L based off of a b18a or b18b bottom end and a vtec head from one of the above engines. HP is determined by head used. typically 170-190bhp. Torque is more than a type R due to the increased stroke (1.8mm longer)
