Amp wiring help . . . . again

you have a fuse in this system correct? no more than 18 inches from the battery? i don't wanna see you blow up a battery or car.

haha woahh, I connected the remote wire(comes with wiring kit) to the back of the headunit power wire. well I got everything fixed, the power wire from the battery to the amp was cut up pretty bad from the firewall, the rubber bushing thing came out and the hole in the firewall cut up the wire pretty bad

Yea you need to put some electrical tape on that or something. (the edges) And get a NEW wire.

they make rubber grommit's that your supposed to put in the hole so you don't cut the wire.

I had a rubber thing on there, but it poped out, I must of tugged the wire pretty bad, then it cut the wire also, well Its fixed, I bought a new wire and put in the rubber groment thing back in place
