Yes... hemi dart from the factory... but it was sold w/o windows and not for highway use, sold as a stripper directly to race teams.
Zora Duntov (father of the corvette) had a specially prepped ZL-1 vette that ran 10's on slicks, but it was a 10.9X so techinally Ranger has the quickest factory corvette ever.

If you what to know what one with some bolt on's and a 100 shot will do there is another guy on the same board that has run 9.88@140mph with just headers, CAI, tune, 100 shot, and 315 drag radials. There is your true 9 sec daily driver.
