Me and my friends all realized we have mountain bikes and have vowed to find some trails and go one day...

so does anobyd know of any good trails in and around (up to like 1.5-2hr) the 757/williamsburg area?

 

Grr...... One of my best friends goes bike riding all the time. Hes invited me several times but I don't have a bike.

He said he can find me one. So.. if ya'll get something plann'd, let me know.

York River Park, I think, is the name of the park I've ridden at. Pretty nice trails but I'm a n00b.

 

theres a couple right by yorktown that are good. ill try to remember where they were at.

 

harwood mill resevoir in yorktown and waller mill park in williamsburg.

 

last I heard they were still closed.

 

i dont kno anything about local trails, but im actually lookin for bikers to ride with...i got an iron horse for the bumps, and an old peugeot for the flats...post when u guys go out and ill join ya

 

Tommy (the OP), this is off of Oriana. They have three trails. None of them are difficult, but are still decently fun.

 

Still? Damn. Is it still because of the hurricane?

 

Harwood mills is decent, Waller Mill is a little better. If ya'll ever feel like taking a trip, there are some great trails in the blue ridge mountains.

 

yeah waller mill is still closed, york river state park is pretty sweet, and harwood mills is off of oriana... i'm down to ride whenever...
