Hey guys, I need to get my car inspected by the end of this month and since I have a downpipe/testpipe...I'm not sure my car will pass at any normal place. So my question is, does anyone know of any places around the Richmond area that would pass my car or maybe just not care enough to look under the car for a working cat? I know this sounds dumb, but I've already sold off my stock exhaust, so finding a good place is my only alternative. Thanks a lot.
