Default catalytic converter help? anyone ?

i have a 95 civic coupe that needs a catalytic converter i tried going to every muffler shop i know to try to get a pie welded on because im from florida dont need catalytic converter so does anyone know where i can get this taken care of please help does anyone know how to change out a headgasket thanks for you the help

I know how to change a headgasket, but if you are in Flordia, it is kind of pointless to ask on here for help.

why dont you just buy a cat and bolt it on yourself. its not like your driving a racecar that needs massive exhaust flow, its a sohc d series. unecessary pollution = bad.

edit: if you have stock exhaust and you buy a stock fitting replacement cat, you can drive to my house and ill put in on for free. pm me
