No more county stickers for Henrico
The green sticker was the new replacement for the old sticker. It was so large, they had a conference about removing the sticker completely, and that passed, so now theres no sticker.
And for the naysayers [if anyone], here's the confirmation.

The Board of Supervisors on February 13, 2007, passed an Emergency Ordinance eliminating the requirement for citizens to obtain and display a vehicle license decal. We suggest you remove your new decal if you have already placed it on your windshield. Should you have any further questions regarding this matter, please call the Finance Department Revenue Division at (804) 501-4263.

Stafford county just stopped the county stickers as well, but i just regestered my car in another county to get out of emissions, so i still ahev to have one.
i've been living in richmond city for two years, my car was registered in richmond city, i sold it like two months ago... why the hell did henrico county send me a sticker for my car the other day, with the accompaning registration clearly showing that the car is registered in the city of richmond? idiots
what kind of idiots are working for henrico county?........that little decal only cost taxpayers 265,000......and they are ILLEGAL to boot......then i remembered the ibook fiasco.....gotta love henrico
