41 is the only cel (O2 heater) replaced o2 still get code. i dont think that has anything to do with rev and vtec.

does h22s have a knock sensor?

yes but you'd be throwing a code if there was somethign wrong with it. I would look into the cyl1 position sensor in the distributor.

Had something similar. Cept I got a 22, replaced the solenoid, got the 22 (22 is the vtec switch solenoid)
