I don't have it anymore but I had it on 14lbs before I got rid of it.

 

i put a ebay f1 6 puck in an integra a year and a half ago and it still is going strong, holds all the power that car has and still rips it up to 3rd.

 

cool...my boy with the hatch has f1 too...ima go order me some stage 3 with 6 puck..hows the feel as far as the pedal..is it stiff or stock feel

I have an XTD stage 2 in my DA and my friend has an F1 stage 1 in his DA. I like the pedal feel of the F1 better to be honest. It feels a little more firm than mine but both clutches grab like hell. Heres a link from HT to help you out.

EDIT: Theres a lot of bs on that thread but skim it and read peoples reviews on ebay clutches.

 

Iguess ima go ahead and grab a gripforce stage 3 or 4.. since my car is stock LS! any more suggestions..anyone with the LS turbo setup

 

I dont think you need a stage 4.

 

stage 3 shold be good enough....heres the specs of what im getting

that should be goood eough for a LS-T setup..any comments
I wonder if its gonna be stiff as hell or soft feel on the pedal
