askachinese made his post around 6, so if the person accused isn't the shooter, he is probably being swamped by people trying to contact him about it since then.

just for clarification: askachinese is the name of a blog where people can ask the blog's owner, who posts with the name thebittersea, a question about nearly anything, and he replies from a chinese person's perspective. it actually seems like a cheap imitation of other "ask a ____" blogs, imo.

while the post title itself is very direct in pointing the finger, in the post, he makes no attempt as to explain his statement, other than the fact that the shooter was an asian male, and the person he is accusing is an asian male.

if you read the comments for that particular post, thebittersea comes off as not actually knowing anything other than hearsay, and is a bit aloof when questioned as to the validity of his source.

he makes no attempts to correct his post as speculation or otherwise in later posts.

 

they said "he was taking classes at VT" so that alone might kill the whole james kim idea... (then again i heard this on MSNBC and they have been a little off all day)

Agreed. People need to take a stand against these kind of useless parades. It's not the place. Take a stand. Keep them out. The lives of everyone affected by this tragedy have been VOILATED enough. Please do not let it happen again. Especially on a day we're to mourn for them and be paying respects.
