fuck no...depends on the rims....and car. civics eh...maybe not but rx7's supras sc300, shit like that and the wheels have to be tight. not shit from lee's tires either...volks or other rims.

if the car has options to come stock with them, its usually alright.
Only chromes on honda's that i think look good are stockers, like gsr's
